26 Feb How to Prepare for GATE 2020 Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)
Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is a Priliminary test of various undergraduate subject in Engineering and science. GATE is conducted annually by IISc Bangalore and 7 IITs (Bombay, Delhi, Madras, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Guwahati and Roorkee) on a rotational basis. IIT Delhi is expected to conduct the GATE 2020 exam.
Who are eligible for Applying GATE 2020
- Bachelor’s degree holders in Engineering/ Architecture (4 yrs after 10+2) and final year students of the course.
- Master’s degree holders in Science/Maths/Statistics/Computer applications and final year students of the course.
- Students in the second or upper session of the Four-year assimilated Master’s degree course (Post-B.Sc.) in Engineering/Technology
- Students in the fourth or upper session of Five-year Integrated Master’s degree course or Twin Degree course in Engineering/Technology.
GATE preparation for Electronics and communication ECE
Electronics & Communication Engineering deals with the electronic devices, circuits, communication equipment like transmitter, receiver, integrated circuits (IC). It also deals with basic electronics, analog and digital transmission & reception of data, voice and video (Example AM, FM, DTH), microprocessors, satellite communication, microwave engineering, antennae and wave progression.
